This Man Sees A Dog On The Road – What Did He Do Next?

This Man Sees A Dog On The Road – What Did He Do Next?

24/01/2023 By HappyDoggie

A dog was found on the side of the road. The man who saw the dog immediately got out of the car and ran towards the dog. It was love at first sight because the dog also jumped all over the man and licked him. Do you want to know what happened next?

Tiffany writes in the comments:

You guys are the BEST♥️ nothing but love and comfort, thank you both for being awesome humans, those sweet babies are thankfully safe now!

The dog was found in the middle of nowhere in Georgia. After the first meeting, the dog went straight home with the man and his wife.

What Happened Next

The wife of the man in the video said that there was no doubt in her mind that the dog was going to be an additional member of the family. Their only concern was if anyone would come forward and claim the dog.

Before trying to find out if the dog had an owner, they took the animal to PetSmart to buy a dog bowl and dog food. The dog was so hungry as she chomped all of the food down!

After taking care of the dog and feeding it, they went to a vet to see if the dog had a chip. It turns out that there were no signs of the dog having an owner so they brought the dog back home again.

The dog was given the name Romee and is now hanging out with the woman’s husband. They have a beautiful, undeniable bond.

Later, the family brought home another pup so Romee could have a companion. The other dog’s name is Hallie. Romee and Hallie have been inseparable eversince!

Road Dog Living

While it may be a familiar sight to see dogs on the roads, their day-to-day lives are anything but ordinary. Without basic necessities or shelter from danger, these animals must rely solely on luck and sheer will in order to survive.

From treacherous traffic runs to rampant diseases – life as an itinerant canine puts them at risk for all manner of harm every single moment they spend away from home.

We can make things better by reaching out with some compassion; providing safety, nourishment and medical care that could give hope where there was none before our intervention!

We all have a duty to look out for the safety and well-being of stray dogs living on the road. Taking action in these cases can mean providing them with food, rescue or just simply reporting their presence so that appropriate steps are taken.

Whatever it is, by taking measures we ensure these animals receive necessary care and attention they deserve. Let’s do our part to give these furry friends a brighter future!
