Football player Brady Oliviera isn’t only a superstar at his sport because he does something during his free time that not many people know. Oliviera is actually rescuing pups when he is not training with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the Canadian Football League. He has been rescuing for almost three years now. Because he started rescuing dogs, he also kept two of them.

We need more people like him. NO ANIMAL should suffer when there’s enough people to help. Good job man you got a good and kind soul. God bless 🙏 🙌 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾

According to Oliviera, all the hard work he does when he is training has paid off not only when they need to win a game, but also in the line of animal rescue work. Oliviera has to do a lot of lifting, running after animals, and many other physical tasks when he is rescuing.
Oliviera’s Two Pups
The first pup that Oliviera adopted is a rescue dog named Nellie. He was the one who rescued Nellie, who was found in the road without any supervision. Oliviera has since trained Nellie and they have created a very special bond.
The other dog of Oliviera is a Golden Retriever named Gunnar. Gunnar was being rehomed by a family and Oliviera heard about it. When the football player saw Gunnar, he knew the dog had to come home with him.
Now, Nellie and Gunnar are best of friends. Because of how amazing Gunnar and Nellie’s lives are, Oliviera wants every other dog to have that kind of life, too!
