These tricks are actually from world-class dog trainer Chris Perondi. The first trick he taught is letting your dog balance in its hind legs. What you can do here is lure the dog with a treat and if they are having a difficult time, you can let your dog use your arm as their aid in balancing.
As your dog eventually balances on their hind legs without assistance, you can put your hand higher so they can stand on their hind legs higher. Continue doing the trick until they perfect it.
Next is letting your dog stand on your back. You should have a partner with you when you do this. Have a treat on your hand and put it near the back of the person where the dog will jump on.
Later, you can lure them with the treat by raising your hand until they get on the other person’s back completely. Sometimes, your dog will not be too confident to actually stand on the back of the person and that is okay. Do this a couple more times, but be sure not to overwork your dog.
