Texas bans chaining of dogs
In the second half of January 2022, the new law will be official in Texas. It specifically bans the use of chains or other weights when it comes to methods of restraining the dogs. Jordan Rosenfeld is an engineering graduate student at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He discovered what he wanted to do when he adopted Cleo, a beagle terrier mix who lost a front leg when hit by a car.
