A service dog, named Korey, thinks that that the hardwood floor in their home is lava. He would not take one step on that floor. His human mom knew she had to do something. Do you want to know how he overcame his fear of the hardwood floor?

Wonderful friendship. You look after him and he looks out and protects you when you are sick. Great partner. 👏🐶😄

The dog owners adjusted to Korey’s fear. They put rugs in their entire home so that Korey could freely walk around the house. They even let him wear some socks just so he could walk on the hardwood floor.
The Beautiful Friendship With Korey
Korey is also of great help for his owner. He goes to work with her so they are together almost 24/7. The dog owner has Type 1 diabetes so Korey detects when her blood sugar is low.
When she passes out in case her sugar levels get low, Korey would bark until someone comes for help.
They also always practice low blood sugar alerts. He alerts his owner by booping his nose into her leg. He brings her a juice bottle, which is always in the same place. He has saved her life so many times already and she couldn’t be more thankful for Korey.
