A dog was in foster care when she gave birth. The foster parents did not expect her to have ten puppies! Before the momma dog gave birth, she always lied on her back so she could show her belly to her foster parents. It seemed like the dog wanted to show them that she is ready to give birth.

The Birth Story
Around 12 hours before giving birth, the dog’s temperature dropped and did not want to eat at all. That was one of the tell-tale signs that she was ready to deliver anytime soon!
Eight hours before giving birth, she just stayed inside her tent. A few more hours later, she went out and fixed a blanket to try and make a perfect spot where she can give birth.
When it was already time to push, she delivered her first six pups. A few hours later, they started to see her showing that she is having contractions again. She started pushing and came puppy numbers 7, 8, and 9!
The tenth pup, however, was not doing goo when she came out. The pup was gasping for air and fortunately, it was later fine.
They all look so cute and look so much like their mom! The dogs were then adopted out to the really good friends of the foster parents and they still see the dogs all the time to this day!
