Many dogs do not like exercising or going for a walk. However, this rescued doggie insists on going to Crossfit with her human dad! The video began showing the dog being so scared while it was in the shelter. She wouldn’t even take the treat being offered to her proving that she suffered under unhappy circumstances when she was in the puppy mill.

Dog Gets Adopted
The dog was later adopted and has not even fully adjusted to her new home during the first days she was there. At one point of the video, she would just stay outside the house and looked really sad.
Later, the dog improved. She became more confident and loved being around her owner. In the middle of the video, it could be seen that the dog was at the gym where her human dad was going for his crossfit sessions. The dog looked like a gym instructor making sure everyone was putting in the work!
The dog followed her owner around the gym and served as a motivation for her human dad.
