The dog owner, Derek Kirchner, shared, “When I think of Marley still being out there – if she is still out there or someone has her – I know she wants to be with us. Just thinking about that, it breaks my heart.”

Marley is 35 pounds, has charcoal and white coat, and is a Whippet. She went missing after going out of an open door at a rental house on Hilton Head Island. The dog ran towards the beach and was still spotted an hour later. However, after that, the dog hasn’t been seen since.

The family took to Facebook to spread the word about Marley. They set up a page specifically for the search for Marley.

“When I think of Marley still being out there – if she is still out there or someone has her – I know she wants to be with us. Just thinking about that, it breaks my heart.”
