The dog was initially owned by the father of one of the dog owners. They then brought the dog home and named her Layla. Upon having the dog checked by a veterinarian, they found out that she had swimmer’s syndrome.
How Layla Transformed
The family wanted to do everything that they could to help Layla. They used the hair ties to tie the paws of the dog close to each other so he could finally start learning how to walk. With the patience and time dedicated by the family to Layla, she was able to start walking and it was a big win for everyone. Now, Layla goes anywhere and everywhere.
When her human sister was born, Layla began to have a connection with her. They would play together, snuggle, and just show love for each other. They are definitely best of friends!
